Are the locks in a LITELOK Security bundle keyed alike?
Standard security bundles are supplied with different keys for each lock. If you'd like two locks that share the same set of keys, look for a Keyed Alike bundle instead - these come as a matched pair with 4 shared keys between them:
- Supreme Urban Bundle (X1 and X1, Keyed Alike)
- Supreme Mini Urban Bundle (X1 MINI and X1 MINI, Keyed Alike)
- Supreme Reach Urban PLUS Bundle (X1 PLUS and X1 PLUS, Keyed Alike)
This is different from Key Match, which pairs a new lock to a key you already own rather than buying two locks as a set.
General Information
It's important that you register your keys with us as soon as soon as you can after receiving your lock. Registering your keys allows us to order you replacement keys should you ever lose your keys and have no access to the key number.

Have your locks been independently tested?
All of our products are insurance rated and tested by independent UK anti-theft agency Sold Secure, which is owned by the Master Locksmiths Association. They are experts when it comes to testing the security of bicycle and motorcycle locks and use a variety of tools and methods that are common in real-life bike theft. Because of their respected reputation as experts in their field, a Sold Secure rating is used (and often required) by many insurers.
If I've lost my keys, can they be replaced?
Yes they can be replaced as long as you know your unique key number. All of the keys that comes with our locks have a unique key number. This can be found on the key shaft. If you registered your keys on the LITELOK website after purchasing them, we will be able to find the key number.
Once you have located your unique key number, you can purchase a new set of keys on the LITELOK website.
LITELOK X3s are pre-registered by us before they are shipped. If you contact us with your order number, we will be able to locate the key number on your behalf.

"Armoured Bike Locks": Barronium® explainer
The LITELOK X range is armoured with Barronium®, described as a highly advanced, super hard ceramic composite material tougher than the grinder discs themselves. It repels angle grinder attacks by turning the grinder's energy and force in on itself. Continuous cutting wears down the grinder discs, batteries and ultimately the grinder motor itself, giving LITELOK X up to 20 times more resistance than the current best-selling D-locks.
Barronium® is permanently fused to a hardened fine-grain high-tensile steel core, providing protection against bolt croppers, cable cutters, long bars, hammers and chisels. A unique anti-rotation feature protects against twisting attacks and single cuts. Accredited to Sold Secure Bicycle and Motorcycle Diamond level.
