Delivery times, tracking, and changing an order
Next Working Day Delivery - £6.99. Order before 1pm for dispatch that day and delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day, arriving the working day after that.
Standard Delivery - Free. 3-5 working days.
InPost 24/7 Locker or Shop (UK only) - Free. Order before 1pm for same-day collection processing, after 1pm the next working day. Generally 2-3 working days from dispatch to your chosen locker or shop, and you'll have 3 days to collect it once it arrives.
Northern Ireland - £6.99. 3-5 working days. Next-day and free delivery options aren't available.
Channel Islands - £19.99. 3-5 working days. Next-day and free delivery options aren't available.
Orders are typically dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1-2 working days. If there's a lead time on a product you've ordered, this will be clearly shown on the product page or at checkout, along with an estimated delivery date where possible.
We ship all US and Canada orders with FedEx International, arriving in around 2-3 working days once dispatched.
United States - Standard delivery of $19.99, with all import duties and tariffs already included in the price. No additional charges on delivery. Delivery time typically takes 2-3 working days.
Canada - Delivery costs, along with any import duties and local tariffs, are applied at checkout. Delivery time typically takes 2-3 working days.
Most EU orders are shipped from our EU fulfilment centre, so no additional customs or import duties are payable after checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination country - an estimate is shown at checkout.
Some EU orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse via our EU hub. In these cases your shipping label is printed in the UK, so you may get an email from the courier confirming they're about to receive your order before it reaches the EU hub - this can add up to 4 working days before the parcel clears EU customs and is passed to our local courier for final delivery.
Once your order has been collected by the courier, you'll receive a tracking email with delivery details.
Customers ordering from non-EU European countries (e.g. Norway, Switzerland) may be liable for additional taxes or duties on delivery. Orders within the EU incur no additional costs once paid.
Delivery cost is calculated at checkout depending on city.
Australia - FedEx International Express, 4-6 working days.
New Zealand - FedEx International Express, 4-6 working days.
We ship to most countries worldwide, with a small number of exceptions. Available destinations and estimated shipping times are shown at checkout.

Am I able to track my order?
Once your item is out for delivery, you will receive an email from us with a tracking code from your courier. Please follow the instructions on the email and enter your tracking code to check the status of your delivery.
If you are ordering from the EU, we ship some orders from our UK factory to our EU warehouse in Rotterdam. You will receive a notification from DHL when it is fulfilled in the UK. Please allow 4-7 days before it is picked up by DHL EU, when your tracking information will be updated.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we are unable to delivery to PO Box addresses. Please provide your a full residential or business address at the time of ordering.
